Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of extensive PM experience on large facilities, strong budgeting and procurement knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of extensive project management experience on large, complex facilities.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and procurement for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to project teams and ensure achievement of project objectives.
• Establish profitability goals and control internal costs to ensure profitability.
• Manage and administer owner contracts, identify and manage risks daily.
