Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of extensive project management experience in large, complex facility construction.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies to achieve them; manage internal costs.
• Manage and administer Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily.
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients.
• Support marketing efforts and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee cost estimates, change management, and report generation.
• Lead project teams, attend meetings, and ensure action items are tracked.
• Assist with pre-qualification, RFPs/RFQs, and selecting project delivery method.
• Guide design changes with project teams and review change orders.
• Oversee projects to close-out with schedules and documentation.
• Develop industry relationships to generate future opportunities.
• Provide training to assistant project managers and field staff.
