Ascension is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare capital projects in the Austin area. You’ll direct scope, schedule, and budget across planning, design, bid management, and construction while coordinating with architects, engineers, and hospital staff to meet project timelines.

You’ll track performance, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality, and implement robust QA and warranty processes across facility renovations. A leadership background is preferred.

Qualificações

• Licensed Construction Professional preferred (CHC).
• CAPM or PMP accepted/preferred.
• Drivers License required before hire.

Responsabilidades

• Direct scope, schedule, and budget for healthcare capital projects.
• Track real-time performance using earned value, budget burn, percent complete, and forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare safety codes, regulatory standards and accreditation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, and staff to meet timelines.
