Qualifications

• 7–10 years relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of program/project management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices.
• Ability to excel and lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives.
• Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare construction projects including new builds, renovations, expansions, and upgrades.
• Manage administration of properties by coordinating leases, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Select, contract, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and address needs.
• Coach colleagues in construction management techniques and building codes.
• Use CVS Health planning tools to track milestones and schedules and communicate with teams.
