Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of new construction, expansions, relocations, and remodel projects across CVS Health’s diverse business units.

You will partner with Real Estate, Operations, Facilities, Finance and Procurement to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with CVS Health standards.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate, budget, bid, and close out construction projects.
• Lead new construction, expansions, relocations, and remodels of varying scope.
• Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and forecasts.
• Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and inspections per CVS Health standards.
• Manage project risks and resolve issues affecting budget, schedule, or quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of construction projects from scoping through closeout.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Facilities, Finance, Procurement.
• Lead contractor bidding, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate and administer construction contracts and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and CVS Health safety standards.
