Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across a range of sites in California. You will coordinate with clients, medical staff, vendors, and regulators, develop scope and schedules, and manage documentation and compliance to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare project or construction management and a Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare project or construction management.
• Commercial healthcare construction project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex healthcare construction projects across multiple sites.
