Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of construction PM experience, healthcare a plus.
• Certification CMAA/CHC/CHFM must be obtained within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction programs with capital budgets up to $25M.
• Provide guidance to project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage schedules, cost control, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure minimal disruption to patient care and hospital operations.
• Develop project governance and reporting standards across programs.
