Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead capital construction, renovation and infrastructure projects across the health system. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to minimize disruption to healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience including multi-phased renovations
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Experience with medical office buildings and acute care hospital construction preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction and renovation projects to ensure schedule adherence and budget.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to define scope, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct Pre-Construction Risk Assessments (PCRA) and implement ICRA/ILSM measures during construction.
• Coordinate with infection prevention, facilities management and safety teams.
• Document project compliance and maintain project records from start to closeout.
