Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects. The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and a strong grasp of construction management principles to drive projects from plan through completion.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Project Manager in construction, healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
