Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction programs in the Spokane region. You will oversee stakeholders including architects, engineers and suppliers, ensure governance and best practices, and manage multiple projects from design to completion.

The role requires strong PM experience, client coordination, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office to produce reports and track milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills, ability to work with broader teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Validate application of governance, processes and systems on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Interface with suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Provide cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance where needed.
• Support owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders with technical input.
