Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant PM experience.
• Strong organization and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of governance, processes and systems on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Coordinate interfaces between suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field and support cost control/value engineering.
