Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned project leader for a healthcare construction project in Washington. The role directs daily on-site management, budget control, and client relations to deliver complex projects successfully.

Reporting to Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, you will guide teams, oversee scheduling, and ensure QA/QC and safety standards are met. A Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large complex healthcare construction projects is highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, and accounting principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the project and coordinate teams.
• Develop and mentor staff to maximize performance and career growth.
• Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on project matters.
• Understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements.
• Oversee budget, financial reporting, and adherence to the project schedule.
• Lead QA/QC programs and ensure safety and compliance on site.
