Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support large-scale healthcare construction projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects, tracking milestones, and maintaining governance and project reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Procore and common PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update milestones and budget; manage design teams.
