Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for healthcare construction in the United States. The role requires leading large-scale projects, coordinating with architects, engineers and suppliers, and maintaining rigorous governance and reporting.

A strong PM background and Procore proficiency are essential. The role is full-time, on-site in the Tacoma area, with a compensation range of $100,000–$140,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Apply best practices on all projects and produce formal status reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers through trackers and reviews.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Contribute to cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance.
• Review status reports, drawings, timelines and costs from project partners.
