PROCEDEO seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead hospital and healthcare construction in Colorado. The role drives planning, coordination, execution, and closeout in occupied facilities, coordinating with Infection Prevention, Facilities, and clinical teams to protect patient care while delivering on schedule and budget.

You will manage costs, schedules, and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with life-safety, ICRA, and regulatory requirements while delivering

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project mgmt, healthcare focus preferred.
• Experience with occupied/operational healthcare facilities is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of infection-control, life-safety, and phased construction requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain financial and technical success of assigned healthcare projects.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy and risk.
• Develop baselines/schedules; manage changes, RFIs, and pay apps.
• Oversee document control, submittals, procurement logs, closeout docs.
• Lead subcontractor management and project meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate work with Infection Prevention, Facilities, clinical leadership, and owners.
• Plan phasing around patient-care areas to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with ICRA, safety, and life-safety requirements.
