Job summary

PROCEDEO is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role drives planning, coordination, execution and closeout, including work within occupied healthcare environments and coordination with owners, facility leadership, Infection Prevention, clinical stakeholders, and design professionals.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of commercial construction project management with healthcare experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare construction within occupied facilities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare-specific requirements and methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ultimate responsibility for financial and technical success of projects.
• Review plans and contracts for accuracy, scope, and risk.
• Establish baselines and detailed schedules including milestones and shutdowns.
• Track costs, forecasts, and manage change orders and pay apps.
• Oversee document control, submittals, procurement logs, and closeout docs.
• Negotiate and administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with healthcare owners, facilities, and stakeholders.
• Plan construction in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption.
