Job summary

PROCEDEO is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role oversees planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of healthcare projects, including work within occupied clinical environments and life-safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage project teams and trade partners, coordinate with owners, infection prevention, facilities, clinical stakeholders, and design professionals to deliver safe, on-time,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing projects in occupied healthcare facilities and infection-control environments.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and change management.
• Ability to negotiate subcontract agreements and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ultimate financial and technical success of assigned projects.
• Develop baselines and detailed schedules, manage changes and forecasts.
• Coordinate with healthcare owners, facilities, infection prevention, and clinical staff.
• Plan construction phasing around active patient-care areas with minimal disruption.
• Lead meetings, track progress, and communicate status, risks, and actions.
