Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in financial and profitability management of projects.
• Lead budgeting and scheduling to achieve profitability objectives and client satisfaction.
• Assign project staff and mentor team to meet project scope and Suffolk standards.
• Maintain client relationships with owners, architects, and contractors to exceed expectations.
• Ensure resources, budget, schedule, and quality meet or exceed objectives.
• Oversee project start-up, turnover, and pre-construction activities.
• Monitor safety, schedule performance, and compliance with Suffolk SOPs.
