Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment within the industry.
• Identify risks, issues, and changes; ensure compliance with PM standards.
• Support PMP certification as preferred.
• Utilize PM tools such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Demonstrate track record delivering complex construction projects.
