You will own client relationships, prepare metrics and materials for meetings, and coordinate with lab, order processing, finance, and customer success teams to keep projects on budget and on time.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and collaboration with external partners to ensure successful project delivery in precision medicine settings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in management consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles.
• Strong proactive communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Management Operations by collecting metrics and preparing client-facing materials.
• Own client relationships and ensure meetings are efficient and effective.
• Coordinate across internal teams to move samples through the lab and flag bottlenecks.
• Assist with escalation and resolution of critical project issues without oversight.
• Maintain accurate collateral and organized project documentation across portals.
• Contribute ideas to improve product offerings and SOPs for Tempus teams.
