Resolve West Allis is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead census growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and expand our presence across the greater Milwaukee market. This senior role requires deep healthcare business development know-how and a proven ability to convert relationships into measurable results.

You will build strategic plans, engage hospitals and systems, track performance, and partner with leadership to optimize admissions and census.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in healthcare business development, sales, marketing, or referral development.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or related healthcare.
• Proven track record in referral relationships and census or revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase census and referrals.
• Build and expand relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Identify new referral opportunities across West Allis and greater Milwaukee.
• Track referral activity, conversion rates, and market trends.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to support admissions and census goals.
• Represent Resolve West Allis at networking events and industry functions.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market dynamics.
