Qualifications

• Identifies and sources healthcare operators, management companies, and real estate investors.
• Builds referral relationships with brokers, attorneys, consultants, and industry professionals.
• Manages a calling program to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Develops client relationships across credit and non-credit solutions.
• Serves as primary contact for banking needs, including loans and treasury services.
• Conducts client reviews to understand needs and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborates with Treasury, Credit, and Operations to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Structures and negotiates term loans, lines of credit, bridge loans, and real estate deals.
• Understands industry underwriting elements like going concern value and reimbursement risk.
• Partners with underwriting and credit risk teams to present credit packages.
• Monitors portfolio for covenant compliance and renewals.
• Stays current on healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes.
