You will develop relationships with physicians, medical groups, surgery centers and large healthcare organizations while originating lending and deposit opportunities and guiding clients to private banking and wealth management solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or business banking with healthcare specialization.
• Proven success originating significant healthcare relationships (e.g., $20M+ loans, $10M+ deposits).
• Experience managing a portfolio of $150M–$200M+ with relationship-driven transactions.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow a portfolio of healthcare banking relationships across Southern California.
• Generate lending and deposit opportunities through proactive business development and referrals.
• Develop referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, medical associations and other centers of influence.
• Advise clients on banking solutions and connect to private banking/wealth management.
• Maintain an active pipeline and track prospecting and activity in Salesforce.
• Represent the bank at healthcare conferences, association events and client meetings.
