U.S. Bank is seeking a Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of healthcare clients and guide them from origination to long‑term expansion.

You will lead credit conversations, structure solutions across cashflow lending, CRE, and other facilities, and coordinate with Treasury, Payments, Wealth, and Capital Markets teams. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in‑office days and flexible work locations, and opportunities to drive growth within a leading financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships with revenues between $5MM and $50MM.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development and networking.
• Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending and real estate financing.
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Wealth and Capital Markets.
• Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives and healthcare real estate financing.
• Maintain accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships.
• Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth and profitability.
• Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions.
