Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking an experienced Senior BA/QA to join a healthcare eligibility product team in a hybrid role. You will blend business analysis with hands-on QA, use SQL/EDI/ETL testing, and lead testing efforts across the product team.

You will mentor onsite and offshore QA resources, establish testing practices, and collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Scrum teams, and automation squads to deliver high-quality healthcare eligibility solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in BA/QA or combined BA/QA roles.
• Strong experience in a blended Business Analysis and Quality Assurance capacity.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements.
• Hands-on QA experience including test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
• Strong data analysis and testing skills, including SQL.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with defect and test management tools.
• Experience working in Agile product teams and mentoring others.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Perform hands-on functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate complex data using SQL and data-driven testing techniques.
• Lead testing activities and coordinate QA across teams including offshore resources.
• Mentor QA resources and promote QA standards and best practices.
