Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong QA capabilities in the healthcare domain to support the delivery of high-quality products. You will collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to gather requirements, perform analysis, and conduct functional and UI testing.

The role involves ensuring clarity in requirements and validating that solutions are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

Experience eliciting functional requirements from stakeholders and technical staff.
Ability to analyze business requirements from multiple sources and perform gap analysis.
Experience producing written requirements Documentation (process flows, use cases).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work with product owners, clients, stakeholders, and developers to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in processes, requirements, and testing.
Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with project standards.
Create detailed test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts.
Perform end-to-end functional, UI, regression, and system testing.
Log and track defects through resolution with developers.
