Job summary

United Global Technologies seeks a Quality Assurance specialist to support the Systems Applications Integration and Development team, focusing on enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing systems. You will develop test plans, execute UI and regression testing, and contribute to test automation and governance.

The role requires 5+ years in QA, experience with Sahi Pro/Selenium, and strong healthcare knowledge. Onsite work in South Carolina is required, with relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA & QC experience.
• 5+ years translating requirements into test cases.
• 3+ years’ experience with Sahi Pro/Selenium automation.
• Design and develop test automation scripts.
• Proficient with Orthogonal array tools like PICT.
• Experience with healthcare/Medicaid testing and X.12/HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, QA processes, and test cases.
• Design UI regression and regression testing approaches.
• Test software for reliability and stability; implement QA programs.
• Perform security and quality governance reviews and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with product teams to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on test scripts, plans, and reports.
