You’ll collaborate with PMs, Design Leaders, and Owners to develop designs, evaluate systems, and ensure code compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, leading design critiques, mentoring staff, and delivering projects across multiple phases.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with healthcare/institutional experience.
• Experience leading design teams from pre-design to construction.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and code compliance.
