Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit billings to the appropriate payors and follow up for adjudication and payment.
• Communicate with patients, payors, guarantors, family members, staff, and other hospital departments on claim status to manage accounts receivable.
• Reconcile cash receipts and postings; maintain accounts receivable records.
• Assist in training new staff and cross-training of other staff on responsibilities.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as data collection, reporting, and maintaining files.
