The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare billing management, a business degree, and experience with physician credentialing; Epic experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business required.
• 5+ years of Health Care Billing Experience in a management role.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations for OHPMS.
• Monitors coding and charge capture; ensures timely billing and reconciliation.
• Leads staff and coordinates with external billing services; focuses on denial resolution and cash collections.
• Monitors and reports key AR performance indicators and supports month-end close.
