Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Information Services Lead who will coordinate efforts across IS teams and oversee applications support, including Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management. You will work with minimal oversight as a senior leader responsible for governance, standards, and successful delivery of complex projects.

The role requires deep Epic knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive collaboration with clinical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in healthcare IT environments.

Responsibilities

Acts as primary representation in implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
Provides escalation for the focus area in support and optimization of team activities.
Leads and mentors analysts; facilitates cross-training and coordinates workload to meet customer expectations.
Maintains knowledge of Epic modules and related documentation; coordinates with compliance teams.
Prepares clear project status reporting and manages stakeholder communications.
