Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Provide oversight for incident, problem, request, and change management.
• Coordinate teams to meet project milestones and report status to stakeholders.
• Coach analysts and coordinate cross-training to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation on systems, processes, and dependencies.
