Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems
• Ability to present complex data in meaningful method, i.e., charts, graphs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary representation in phases of implementation including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization
• Leads process and requirement analysis, including process mapping and requirements elicitation on complex projects
• Develops business relationships with key client administrators based on trust and identifies new project opportunities
• Maintains knowledge of Epic including Nova release notes and related documentation
• Manages large and/or sensitive projects across the project lifecycle
• Mentors assigned Analysts and coordinates cross-training of team members
• Works with Application teams to design, develop, and maintain application aspects within policies
