Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate content within the designated IS focus area, with oversight of applications support (Incident, Problem, Request, Change).
• Represent the focus area in implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live, and optimization.
• Guide the team to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain quality standards.
• Document dependencies, prepare organized status reporting, and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead process and requirements analysis for complex projects; mentor analysts and coordinate cross-training.
• Develop relationships with client administrators to uncover new opportunities for the Portfolio team.
• Identify and remove potential roadblocks; manage workload to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain expertise on Epic (Nova releases, User Forum, Galaxy, etc.).
• Coordinate with application and compliance teams to design system processes.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership; plan projects and timelines; travel may be required.
