Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years in healthcare IS or information systems.
• Experience supervising teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Epic applications and related modules.
• Ability to document, map processes, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization for the focus area.
• Provide leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to standards.
• Coach team members and foster creative problem solving.
• Document processes, gather requirements, and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team work sessions and manage escalation.
• Mentor Analysts and manage workload to meet expectations.
