Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insights for engagements on patient experience, quality improvement, and transformation.
• Translate datasets into executive recommendations and action plans.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings with senior healthcare leaders.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to support decision-making and ROI measurements.
• Partner with clients to design, implement, and sustain improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with analytics and engagement teams to validate findings and recommendations.
