Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Consultant for the Stars Consulting Center of Excellence to support Medicare Star Ratings initiatives and data-driven improvement across CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, and adherence measures. You will lead analyses, prepare client deliverables, and train teams to drive outcomes with health plans and medical groups.

The role requires 2+ years in health plan quality, strong data analytics skills (Excel/SQL/SAS), and advanced MS Office. Remote US-based with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in health plan quality and/or experience management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with stakeholders and respond to industry changes.
• Partner with health plan and medical groups to analyze data, interpret findings, and design processes to solve business problems.
• Lead data analyses across Stars domains (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, adherence, and operations) and present conclusions.
• Serve as trainer for Stars and member experience best practices and process improvements.
• Coordinate actions to deliver engagements within scope, timeline and budget.
• Develop client deliverables including analyses, assessments, quality reviews, and presentations.
• Build and manage client relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary client contact, building credibility and guiding project work streams.
• Communicate effectively with audiences and manage risks and recommendations to project management.
• Plan and organize activities using work plans and project tools.
• Monitor CMS guidance and summarize implications for clients and Stars team.
• Support integration of Stars deliverables with Hyperlift analytics and CAHPS/HOS insights.
