Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience within a health system, IDN, academic medical center, large medical group, or healthcare services organization.
• Demonstrated experience in patient experience, quality improvement, performance improvement, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years of healthcare consulting or other client-facing advisory experience.
• Experience with patient experience measurement programs (e.g., HCAHPS, Press Ganey).

• Lead analytics and insight development for engagements focused on patient and member experience, quality improvement, and operational transformation.
• Translate complex datasets into executive-level recommendations and strategic action plans.
