Press Ganey, in partnership with Qualtrics, seeks an Associate Principal to lead analytics and engagements focused on patient and member experience and quality improvement. You will partner with health system executives and operational leaders to transform complex data into actionable strategies and measurable improvements.

The role requires strong healthcare operations knowledge, advanced analytics, and executive facilitation skills, with a focus on driving sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience within a health system, IDN, academic medical center, or healthcare services organization.
• 3+ years of healthcare consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Experience with patient experience measurement programs (e.g., HCAHPS, Press Ganey).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insight development for engagements focused on patient and member experience.
• Translate datasets into executive-level recommendations and actions.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic planning with healthcare leaders.
• Design, implement, and sustain experience transformation initiatives.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to show impact.
