The Senior Consulting Analyst will support client engagements with critical research, analytics, and synthesis of data and recommendations, leading teams and managing client relationships to deliver high-quality insights in healthcare

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or business role.
• Experience in med tech or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills – quantitative and qualitative.
• Experience with Excel modeling and SQL for data analytics.
• Proficiency in developing robust, client-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
• Detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Ability and desire to work in teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance simultaneous projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor analysts on the team, structure analyses, delegate tasks and ensure quality of work.
• Lead day-to-day client communications, manage timelines and deliverables, and serve as primary contact.
• Identify client needs and ensure outputs align with objectives.
• Facilitate team and client brainstorms.
• Represent S2N at industry events and mentor startups.
