ConnectiveRx is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant I to lead advanced analytics initiatives and partner with clients to deliver strategic, data-driven insights. You will mentor teammates, ensure data integrity, and drive actionable recommendations across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes data strategy, KPI development, and effective communication of complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders within the healthcare and affordability space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, CS, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• On-the-job training will be provided to develop technical and business skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables.
• Analyze, interpret, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies and root-cause issues.
• Develop and maintain data quality checks and analytical best practices.
• Lead presentations with clients and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and align with client goals and priorities.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Contribute to data strategy discussions and KPI development.
