Job summary

Surescripts is seeking a Senior Analytics Business Partner to drive data-driven decisions across our healthcare technology platforms. You will partner with internal customers and external stakeholders to define value, align roadmaps, and deliver analytics solutions that solve real business problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in related, progressive roles.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or closely related role.
• 2+ years of experience driving projects independently.
• Experience working in the healthcare or healthcare technology industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in the data & analytical life cycle.
• Experience with managing stakeholders and reconciling competing priorities.
• Experience presenting complex material to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with JIRA or a similar PM tool.
• Familiarity with database and reporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape data & analytical roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and analytics engineering teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in existing reporting capabilities.
• Help the business understand Data Governance requirements and constraints.
• Own prioritization and backlog reconciliation with data analytics teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value data opportunities and clarify requirements.
• Document workflows, use cases, and business requirements for alignment.
• Use user-centered design practices to ensure requirements meet end users' needs.
• Assist teams in planning data delivery for rapid value, incrementally.
• Work with engineering to size development projects.
• Share project milestones, progress, and ETA updates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create detailed business and system requirements.
• Provide input to improve intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.
