Job summary

Surescripts is seeking a Senior Analytics Business Partner to drive data-driven initiatives across healthcare and health tech. You will collaborate with data and analytics teams, business leaders, and customers to identify value, align roadmaps, and translate ideas into technical requirements while guiding the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in related, progressive roles.
• 2+ years as a Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years driving projects independently.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in the data & analytical life cycle.
• Experience presenting to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA; familiarity with databases and reporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape data and analytics roadmaps and ensure solutions align with strategies.
• Serve as liaison between business owners, end users, and analytics teams.
• Act as SME for existing reporting capabilities.
• Understand Data Governance constraints impacting requests.
• Own backlog prioritization and coordination with engineering management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities and define requirements.
• Document workflows, use cases, and business requirements.
• Apply user-centered design to meet end-user needs.
• Assist planning data delivery for rapid value.
• Decompose and size development projects with engineering.
• Communicate milestones, progress, and ETA; escalate issues as needed.
• Support final user acceptance testing and capture enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Tech Leads to develop detailed requirements.
• Provide input to continuous improvement of intake and delivery processes.
