Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare analytics or analytic related field
• 7+ years of work experience in healthcare analytics or data roles with employer group or client stakeholders
• 5+ years' experience using SQL, SAS or Snowflake programming
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software (e.g. QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess membership and claim data to identify trends and opportunities that lower cost and improve outcomes
• Manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
• Provide strategic analytic thought leadership to account and physician service departments and external clients
• Create customized reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and communicate insights
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies for patient care and financial performance
