Job summary
LifeStance Health is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer, Clinical Quality and Outcomes, to build and govern analytics for clinical quality, patient safety, and research analytics. You will translate clinical questions into measurable requirements, design dashboards, and partner with executives and clinicians to drive decision-making.
You will work with AWS Redshift/Snowflake, dbt, and modern data platforms to deliver scalable reporting, ensure data integrity, and enable enterprise reporting to
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related fields.
- 5+ years working with clinical stakeholders and executives to define measures.
- Advanced SQL and enterprise reporting experience.
- Experience with EHR data and clinical metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SQL data transformations from EHR data.
- Translate clinical questions into measurable analytic requirements and dashboards.
- Partner with leaders to deliver trusted analytics and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled quality monitoring and modern platforms.
- Collaborate to ensure consistency across Operations, Clinical Ops, Payor Relations.
