LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer, Clinical Quality and Outcomes, to bridge clinical stakeholders and enterprise data teams. You will transform clinical data into trusted insights to drive quality improvement, reporting, and research analytics.

The role focuses on modern data platforms, governance, and scalable self-service reporting in a healthcare setting. You will work with EHR data, cloud warehouses (Redshift/Snowflake), and dbt pipelines, delivering dashboards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Experience translating stakeholder requirements into measurable analytic outputs.
• Experience designing enterprise reporting for executives, operations, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based data transformations for clean, analysis-ready data.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to translate questions into analytic requirements.
• Lead dashboard experiences for clinicians, leaders, and executives with user-centered design.
