Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, data science, analytics, healthcare information systems or closely related discipline from a four-year college or university.
• 3 years in the analysis of business processes and interfaces including interpreting system documentation, data and/or business process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develops business intelligence solutions through knowledge of user needs, appropriate data repositories, BI development best practices and innovative use of technologies.
• Delivers ad hoc data and report requests, analyzes data needs for users and projects, investigates data discrepancies, and assists in migration and testing.
• Administers analytics and reporting systems, monitors performance, coordinates upgrades, tracks licenses, and maintains user documentation.
• Provides user/system support services.
• Uses project management techniques for BI projects and services.
