Covenant Living in Florida seeks a Senior Manager, Healthcare Navigator and Admissions to oversee referrals, payor mix and the admission workflow for the skilled care location. This role blends sales, business development and supervision of the admissions team, ensuring high occupancy and quality care.

Qualifications

• 8+ years health care related experience; preferred in long-term care.
• Leadership and management of teams in sales, marketing or business development.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Public Aid/Medicaid, Managed Care and Insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee referrals and admission workflow for the skilled care location.
• Develop and execute census development plan to optimize occupancy and payer mix.
• Cultivate external relationships with referral sources including hospitals and health systems.
• Lead and develop Admissions Coordinator and admissions team; ensure training and compliance.
