Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Senior Manager, Healthcare Navigator and Admissions to oversee referral generation, payer mix, and the admissions workflow across the campus. The role blends sales and business development with supervision of the admissions team and external relationship management with health system partners.

You will drive occupancy, support education across stakeholders, and report to the Healthcare Administrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN/LVN licensure may be considered.
• 8+ years health care-related experience preferred.
• Medicare, Public Aid/Medicaid, Managed Care and Insurance knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and maintains key external relationships with referral sources to meet sales goals.
• Leads outreach visits and group presentations to referral influencers in medical and community settings.
• Oversees sales and admissions team follow-up to inquiries and manages census development plan.
• Reviews competitors’ offerings and market position; collaborates on census and occupancy targets.
• Trains and supports admission coordinators on admissions tools, processes and policies.
• Maintains communication with Business Office, Social Services, Medical Records to ensure correct payer sources.
