Job summary

Covenant Living seeks a Senior Manager, Healthcare Navigator and Admissions to oversee referrals, admissions workflow, and payer mix for our skilled care location. The role blends sales, business development, and admission supervision, with responsibility for external relationships and referral partners.

You will report to the Healthcare Administrator and collaborate with the National Director of Healthcare Sales to ensure quality care, occupancy goals, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN/LVN licensure may be considered but not required.
• 8+ years health care experience, preferably with older adults in a long-term care setting.
• Medicare, Public Aid/Medicaid, Managed Care and Insurance knowledge / experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals generation, admissions workflow, and payer mix management for the assigned location.
• Develop external relationships with referral sources and supervising admission process and outcomes.
• Lead Admissions Coordinator and team, ensuring census targets and quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication with hospital systems and payers.
